Dr. Christan Pankiewicz (Coogle), PhD, BCBA, LBA

Christan is the founder of EdFusion Solutions. She has partnered with school systems, community agencies, and state Part C systems nationally and internationally. Previously, a special education teacher, Part C early intervention provider, and a researcher at Florida Center for Reading Research, she now spends her time supporting educators, school systems, community agencies, and providing supervision to individuals and groups working toward their BCBA. Systems have sought Christan’s expertise related to positive behavior support, evidence-based interventions and service delivery, supporting diverse learners, assessment, student support plans, collaboration, and effective professional development implementation. Christan has over 60 publications in peer-reviewed journals and books, and she has attended and presented at local, national, and international conferences. Christan is committed to partnering together to identify individualized and effective ways to support the use of research-based practices, ultimately, to improve outcomes for young children, students, and families.
